I recently inherited my mother's upright piano which had not been tuned in at least 30 years. Lisa was very careful due to the age of the strings and also very meticulous in ensuring that the tuning was just right. She made this old piano sound beautiful again! I've had my piano tuned about 7-8 times from another tuner in Santa Barbara and three trouble keys kept sticking after 2-3 months of servicing. Lisa tuned my piano once, took a look at the keys, and they have been playing perfectly for six months already (and still going).

Lisa is great! She was very professional and kind and showed deep care for her work. Communicating to set up the appointment was easy (texting is best, which I appreciated). I inherited a piano from my parents which hadn't been tuned in years, and Lisa took the time necessary to make it right. Afterwards she explained everything she did and gave me recommendations on how to best care for my piano going forward. It sounds wonderful now!

Lisa is fabulous. She's very honest and upfront. She doesn't oversell services. We'd booked one service and when she came and heard our piano she recommended we get a less expensive service based on the sound of our piano. She came with very little notice and was accommodating to our schedule. That and she's just lovely to interact with.

Lisa is one in a million. My 87 year old father lost his home in the Thomas Fire. One of his many joys in life is playing the piano daily. We had a friend donate a piano. Lisa came out, spent several hours tuning, then ordered a replacement string, she returned again and stayed until the sound was perfect. Lisa is very honest. She loves what she does and cares about the service she provides. I just bought a used piano and had it moved to my place.
